Vivobarefoot offers a 6-month sustainable guarantee on all shoes. This warranty covers manufacturing defects that may arise within six months of the original purchase date.
If you receive a defective pair of Vivobarefoot shoes, please contact their customer support team at ${email} for assistance. We will guide you through the returns process and help resolve the issue promptly.
If the defect is determined to be wear-related, such as a worn-out flex groove sole, Vivobarefoot will repair the shoes for you.
